You just need your passports, proof of relationship, application, and I’ll help you with the rest. You will not need a confirmation from an Embassy or other stuff. Also, it is a great option for same-sex partners.
The best part? With a marriage certificate from Denmark, you can apply for temporary residency in other EU country for a non-EU spouse (especially in the Czech Republic) and get them a lot of residencial benefits! -
Yes! Once you're legally married, the non-EU spouse can apply for a “Temporary Residence Permit for a Family Member of an EU Citizen” in the Czech Republic. We guide you through that entire process too.
